Who is he?

Mark 'Methos' Fossen is currently the President of NetMonks Consulting. Although he didn't offically win the coin toss, age and size were a contributing factor in determining who should hold this title for the first month (plus he really, really wanted to).

What is he?

Mark is usually one, if not all of the following:

• Electronics Engineering Technology Diploma (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology)
• Bachelor of Science with a Specialization in Computational Physics (University of Alberta)

Where is he from?

If you subscribe to the camp that our environment determines who we are, the Mark should have been a trucker like his Father or an accountant like his Mother, since by the age of eleven his only real contact with computers had been an Atari 2600 console with many wasted hours playing Pacman.

Growing up in the small city of Camrose, AB, where technology wasn't a strong point in the educational system, Mark found interest in any thing that used a battery or plugged into the wall. At the age of six 'Santa' brought him a 20 in 1 Electronics Kit, which quickly became one of his favorite toys. Not too long after the 200 in 1 kit was aquired and he went through every single schematic in the book, and made up a few of his own.

At the age of eleven He moved to Sherwood Park, AB.
